Beach Hill

Follow the road down to the estuary. It takes you all the way to Pembroke Dock passing Lawrenny and Burton, onto Cleddau Bridge for amazing views of the estuary, leading to Martello Tower and old naval yard.

Estuary

Take to the estuary for boating, canoeing, kayaking in less choppy waters. To the left it will take you to Black Bridge and beyond. Bit more advanced then go right for Castle Pill and onto Scotch Bay.

Explore on foot

The walking path right across the garden takes you all the way to the Milford Haven Marina. Pass woodlands, blueberry shrubs, hidden rocky Milford Rath beach 5 minutes into the walk. Follow the path up through Milford Haven Bandstand, onto the Rath all the way to Milford Beach and then to Milford Waterfront.

Milford Bandstand

The Rath

You can walk all the way along The Rath to the western end, passing the Water Gardens and a statue to commemorate all those who worked in the fishing industry in Milford Haven. Right at the end of The Rath is the Belgian Monument, which was erected by steam trawler owners and people of Ostend who lived in Milford Haven during World War I as a mark of gratitude to the British nation in general and particularly the people of Milford Haven for the hospitality shown during their period of exile.

Milford Haven Waterfront

Milford Marina provides over 300 marina berths and is one of Wales' top marinas.

Situated in a non-tidal basin on the Milford Haven Waterway on the doorstep of the United Kingdom's only coastal National Park, Milford Marina is the ideal berthing base for exploring the fabulous coastline that Pembrokeshire and Wales has to offer. It is also an excellent stop off point en- route to Ireland or up the Irish Sea to north Wales and Scotland.
